Use the property records history search to access the City's permits, projects, and public records. Please note that there is no guarantee we will have building plans for homes in Larkspur and incorporated areas of Greenbrae. Plans by California state registered design professionals are copy righted and need the design professional's approval before they can be duplicated.

You can request digital copies of any non-copyrighted material by emailing building@cityoflarkspur.org Please include property address and the file(s) you want sent to you.
