How Registration Works

Process

This year we will be offering online registration. 

Online registration will begin in mid-March. We are planning to complete our class offerings brochure in late February. This page will be updated in early February.

Allergies or other conditions

If your child has conditions that the teacher should know about (behavioral issues, learning disabilities, or severe allergies), please note that upon registration.

Vaccinations

All children must have the county-required vaccinations.

Refunds

We require two weeks notice prior to the beginning of each session. All refunds are subject to a $25 fee.

If your child does not like their classes, they can change into any other open classes (after Extended Registration, we add a $5 Change Fee). We do not refund you for any difference in fees.

Counselor In Training Program (CIT)

Super Cool Summer School offers paid and unpaid positions for our Counselor In Training Program (CIT). CIT’s assist teachers and staff running Summer School. Students entering 8th grade in the Fall are eligible to apply for unpaid volunteer positions. Others entering 9th grade and above are eligible for stipend paid positions.

Mandatory Dates for CIT Program

Deadline to Apply: April 3, 2020

Interviews: Week of May 4 - 8, 2020

Training Day: Saturday, June 13, 2020
